🔍 Consulting and research

We provide real estate developers with comprehensive consultations on tokenizing their assets and show the potential of utilizing our solutions in their cases. At this stage, we also thoroughly verify the legal and financial integrity of both the real estate and the transaction. This is necessary to protect future investors from potential unforeseen risks.

📜 Legal Framework Development

During this phase, lawyers conduct a meticulous audit of assets and draft the required contracts and agreements to create the legal framework for tokenization. This step is vital, as tokenization must comply with both international standards and local laws. If all goes well, we'll authorize further listing in the Sabai ecosystem.


⚙️ Customizing technical processes

Real estate tokenization requires the creation of both a legal and a technical framework. We prepare the infrastructure for token issuance, fine-tuning it to fit the client's specific needs. This includes developing a series of smart contracts—automated software algorithms that manage key real estate operations, such as distributing rental income among investors.

🌐 Token Issuance

Once the legal and technical frameworks are established, we issue RWA tokens and provide clients with tools for managing and accessing analytical data. This type of token is usually created on an existing blockchain. At Sabai Protocol, we use the Polygon blockchain, which is known for its robust security and low transaction fees.

🚀 Primary sales and marketing launch

After all preparatory steps are finalized, we initiate primary sales and marketing efforts by listing tokens on our platforms and leveraging marketing tools to reach potential investors. This process also includes a rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure to verify each investor's identity.

🔄 Secondary market rollout

We establish a secondary market for trading project tokens among investors. The Sabai Property platform supports this secondary market through two channels: trading between platform users and instant token buyback by the platform at 80% of their market value. This dual approach significantly improves the liquidity of real estate tokenized by Sabai Protocol.
