2. Please submit your menfess using the wording and media that we have provided here.

3. This menfess can be sent to friends, family, or loved ones. You may mention as many usernames or channels as you like.

4. If you want to send more than 3 menfess, you may use the channel and submit them according to the provided format.

5. Please submit your menfess to @RocheEventBot according to the scheduled shift.
