Maguru develops digital tools targeted at craftsmen(carpenters, plumbers, builders, electricians, etc.) that enables them to provide better customer service to their customers and enables them to attract new customers through digital marketing. The digital tools are sold on a subscription model (SaaS) and we are continuously improving them and adding new features.
The primary component is a mobile-first CRM that automatically captures all customer communications across all channels (voice, text, e-mail) and intelligently sorts and prioritizes it. This platform is completed by mirroring this data and behavior in another app targeted at the craftsmen end-customers.
Another part of our SaaS solution is the marketing product where we produce websites and ads for the craftsmen.
We are currently looking for WP developer to help us improve our marketing setup and prepare it for high scalability.
