Whatever materials, books, PDFs, and mentorship programs I have shared and launched have been possible only because of the incredible team behind me.

From the Content Team, Graphic Design Team, DTP Team, Office Assistants, Book Publishing Team, Marketing Team, and many others—each one has played a vital role in this journey.

I would like to sincerely thank Sony, Anamika, Altaf, Pavani, Sai Chandra, Phani, Pavan, Sudheer, Vasudeva, Ashok, Ravi, Sai Kiran, and many other freelancers who have contributed to building QualifyIAS and continue to support its growth through their dedication and hard work.

Whenever I assign work to them, they patiently listen, understand the requirements, and complete it with professionalism and commitment. The quality of work we have produced is no less than that of any well-established institution.

I will continue to work even harder to make QualifyIAS a more reliable and trusted institution for UPSC aspirants.

Finally, none of this would have been possible without our Telegram channel and the constant support, trust, and encouragement of our students and followers.

Thank you all.

Tamil Nadu and Kerala roads

Last two years, I have travelled hundreds of kilometres in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala by road, and I feel Tamil Nadu and Kerala roads are well constructed and well maintained. Very rarely I found potholes on highways and state roads.

The lives I have seen.

I have not seen what my great-grandparents did, but I have seen my grandfather selling tea in a small hut. I have seen my grandmother working as a labourer in cotton fields. I have seen my father working as a driver and plumber. I have seen my mother rolling beedis and walking a few kilometres to submit the rolled beedis. I have seen my elder brother working at wine shops.

I have never seen my family members complain about life. They always gave their best in whatever work they did, even though they went through many ups and downs in life.

My thoughts and experiences.

I realized that those who continue to work regardless of failures will find bigger roles to play in life.

For Mains Appearing Students.

One very important aspect you must keep in mind.

Whatever you are reading may not be asked as direct questions, but you must use every piece of content you read, in whatever way possible, in your answers.

Whatever data, facts, examples, reports, schemes, etc., you read must be used in your answers, even if they are not directly asked.

That is the real skill.

All those students who joined my mentorship programmes over the last two years but couldn't continue their preparation for various reasons can rejoin the mentorship if they wish to restart their preparation.
