Please keep this in mind
Certain aspects like
when to start preparation?
how many attempts you want to give?
whether to take coaching or not?
whether to prepare from home or some other city ?
those things you should decide yourself with proper reasoning and awareness.
It’s your own life. If anything goes wrong with the exam, no one will come to your rescue.
Blindly don’t follow anyone on these aspects, especially.
People have different opinions about preparation.Ultimately, your own logic and reason should guide you.

Dakshin Express to Delhi University – Untold Chapter of My Life
After finishing my Intermediate (12th class), I wanted to pursue my degree in Delhi University. My parents didn’t agree, as they were already in debt and it was a costly affair. But I was very stubborn and told them that I wanted to go to Delhi. We had a big fight at home.
I left home with a few clothes in a bag, my certificate file, and slippers. I took a train ticket and reached Hyderabad. I went to some shops looking for jobs, but no use. I went to a friend’s place and slept there that night.
The next day, once again, I tried for a job, but again no use.
Two days later, DU announced the cutoff list. I had no idea what cutoff was and how admissions worked. I spoke to my Intermediate teacher and explained my situation. He gave me a senior’s number. His name was Praveen, who had then finished graduation from DU and was studying Masters in JNU.
I called him. Fortunately, at that time he was in Hyderabad, writing a book on the Telangana movement. He called me to his room, explained how to get admission, and told me to go to Delhi immediately as admissions would start right after the cutoff announcement.
I was just shivering.
I had no money even to go there. No ticket either.
He took me to the nearby railway station, James Street, bought me a sleeper class ticket for ₹600, and told me I could board any Delhi train with that. By then, the time was around 4 PM. He told me there was a train at 10:30 PM Dakshin Express and asked me to talk to the TC for a berth.
I informed my family, and my father came to Hyderabad to give me some money for expenses.
I boarded the train at 10:30 PM, but there was no berth available. I took some newspapers, spread them on the floor, and tried to sleep.
After a few hours, it started raining, and some water entered through the windows, making the floor wet. I woke up and was just sitting on the floor.
A person who saw me in that situation offered me some space on his berth to sit. Slowly, I slept sitting there.
I travelled almost 32 hours and reached Delhi… spending two of the most unforgettable nights in Dakshin Express.

Prelims 2026
Please Understand most of the people know only 20-30 questions out of 100
The rest of the questions shall be answered through some logic and reasoning ,common sense and overall knowledge.
Don't lose Confidence after seeing the question paper as the first few minutes of the exam will be very much overwhelming.
I suggest attempting around 90 plus. However whatever strategy you have planned you may stick to that now.
Emotional intelligence shall be the need of the hours. Fight till the last minute.

RAJINIKANTH, AIR 587 CSE 2023.
Those who are giving 2027 must continue reading Newspaper. But those who are giving 2026 attempt don’t waste time on newspaper. You have to focus on more revision of PYQ and its related concepts. And one more thing 2027 students should learn how to read…
There are many such Questions in paper
Which I keep telling you people to read
Understand the exam then it will be easy for you to read content.
