Unlike many IAS institutions where a ranker is showcased for mentorship but, after enrolment, students are assigned random mentors, I personally handle the mentorship myself. Let me tell you one more thing about why I stress so much on consistency.
Among all the students who joined my Mains mentorship programme, those who attended sessions regularly and stayed consistent with their schedule and Targets have shown visible improvement in their answer writing and overall preparation.

That is why I always say those who work hard every day, in the right direction, will definitely see improvement in their preparation.

On the other hand, students who are inconsistent and undisciplined no matter how intelligent they may be tend to fail in the UPSC examination.
