Who shall be blamed for such inhumane and barbarous acts??
❀5😒1
Mob lynching, particularly when driven by religious hatred, represents the gravest degradation of culture and civilisation. Any individual involved in such barbaric acts must face the strictest punishment. Tolerance or support for such violence, whether direct or indirect, corrodes the moral nature of society and ultimately leads to its collective downfall.

Parliamentary committees are very important. Many aspirants fail to give current examples of parliamentary committees and the Bills scrutinised by them. This news item talks about parliamentary standing committee on Rural development and RAM G Bill.

Minerals concept Important for Prelims.
1. Classification Basis
Major vs Minor minerals are classified based on economic importance and end-use, not on quantity or size.
2. Who Declares Minerals?
Central Government declares both major and minor minerals under the MMDR Act, 1957.
3. Control & Regulation
β€’ Major minerals: Central policy + State implementation
β€’ Minor minerals: Complete control with States

How to Study GS4 ETHICS PAPER ?

Many students read basic syllabus points but they don’t understand how to link it to current affairs or they are unable to understand how it is dynamic.

Let me ask few questions:
1. Are hybrid seeds good or bad?
2. Are live-in relationships good or bad?
3. Is firing crackers when pollution is high right or wrong?
4. Is artificial intelligence in governance good or bad?
5. Are encounter killings justified or unethical?
6. Are internet shutdowns during protests right or wrong?
7. Is whistleblowing ethical if it violates official secrecy?
8. Are preventive detention laws ethical in a democracy?
9. Is reservation in promotions ethical or unfair?
10. Is use of facial recognition and surveillance good or bad?
11. Are deepfakes and misinformation an ethical failure of technology?
12. Is refusing vaccination a personal right or ethical irresponsibility?
13. Is population control through incentives ethical or coercive?

Most of the ethics questions and case studies are based on Current ethical dilemmas.
So don’t think ethics paper is different from GS papers.
Every paper is interlinked.

Hello everyone,
I am going to conduct another important live session covering Prelims, Mains, and Anthropology with one of my good friends, K. Aswin, IPS, who has cleared the UPSC CSE twice, including CSE 2023. He was earlier selected for the IRS and later secured a place in the IPS.

I am hoping that you will greatly benefit from his insights, strategies, and practical suggestions.

This Saturday 27th Dec at 8pm.

My experiences and thoughts

Some people are so open minded, liberal, and tolerant that, even after knowing that certain religions strongly oppose the gods and cultural practices of other faiths, they still celebrate their festivals.

At least in the 21st century, followers of those religions should learn to respect every other faith and its practices, and refrain from spreading hatred toward other gods and traditions, so that people can live with greater harmony and happiness.

Make it a habit to attend live sessions they offer better clarity and insights when you listen to toppers while they are explaining concepts live.

How to use this?

As an example while answering questions on digital governance
β€’ In case studies / analysis on policy implementation delays
β€’ To show role of technology in improving public service delivery
β€’ As a best practice under Good Governance initiatives

Hello everyone,

After many turns in life, I started mentoring students about a year ago. During this journey, I observed a few common challenges faced by aspirants preparing for competitive exams most importantly, the lack of the right guidance and the difficulty in finding verified and credible mentors. At the same time, many mentors who have appeared for Mains and Interview and are willing to guide students often struggle to find a suitable platform to do so.

To bridge this gap, we have designed a mentor–mentee aggregator platform, similar in concept to platforms like Uber or Flipkart, aimed at connecting the right mentors with the right students.

We believe this initiative will benefit both mentors and mentees, and ultimately help build a reliable and impactful mentorship ecosystem.

Before launching the platform for students, we are currently onboarding mentors. Candidates who have written the Mains examination and appeared for the interview may check the eligibility criteria on our website and register as mentors.

If you’re interested, please DM me I’ll share the website link with you.

@rajinikanthramareddipeta

Thank you.
