Misconception

A lot of upsc aspirants think that they need to read a lot of content to write good answers

This is completely wrong and a common misconception

Even with little or decent knowledge or content you can write good answers but for that you need a separate skill

What is this separate skill?

The skill is to read the question properly and underline key words. You need to be confident and shouldn’t fear the question. You have to use your common sense and whatever knowledge you have you should be able to put them without thinking whether the points you are writing are correct or not. You should be able to use newspaper content and day to day observation knowledge.You need presence of mind and finally the guts to face any question with strong mental strength.

Every day, I receive many DMs from students with various doubts. Some of these require detailed explanations, and it becomes difficult to address them properly through messages. While I try to respond to smaller queries, due to time constraints I am unable to answer all of them in detail.

To ensure better clarity and interaction, I will be conducting Zoom doubt-clearing sessions once in a while, where you can ask your questions directly and I will try my best to resolve them.

It is very disappointing to notice that, despite clearly mentioning it earlier, many students are joining the Zoom session without switching on their audio and video.

I cannot interact effectively if I don’t know who is joining or what their doubt is. Such passive participation defeats the entire purpose of the session. My intention behind conducting these sessions is to engage with you directly and address your doubts meaningfully and not to deliver a one-way lecture.

From the next session onwards, please ensure that your audio and video are properly set up before joining. Only then will I be able to take your questions.

Wanted to suggest few food habits for healthy life

Try to include 1-2 Bananas, 300ml Milk, 1-2 eggs, and if possible try to add other fruits regularly. 2-3 litres of water and avoid eating excessive food.

Limiting sugars and outside junk food is very necessary.

Along with this try to do some physical workouts At least 3-4 days in a week.

Healthy life shall be the highest priority.
