Some interesting things

History of Maida or Refined floor

Maida did not exist in ancient India, where people consumed whole grains like atta and millets. It appeared only in limited quantities during the medieval period under Persian–Mughal culinary influence, mainly in royal kitchens, and became widely used in the 19th century after the British introduced modern roller flour mills in India.

Just for awareness.

What kind of Instagram influencers are we creating?
For popularity and views, they are going down to such low levels.
They are even recording videos of people dying and narrating them like normal vlogs, as if it were an ordinary incident.
There is no respect for the nation, no humanity, and no values.
In the end, it is all about money, views, and popularity.

The Upanishads are ancient Indian philosophical texts that were composed roughly between 800 BCE and 300 BCE, during the later Vedic period. They form the concluding part of the Vedas, which is why they are also called Vedānta (the end of the Vedas). Unlike the early Vedic texts that focused on rituals and sacrifices, the Upanishads deal with deeper questions about life and existence. They discuss the nature of the self (Atman), the ultimate reality (Brahman), karma, rebirth, and liberation (moksha). Written mainly in Sanskrit, they present their ideas through dialogues between teachers and students. Overall, the Upanishads mark an important transition in Indian thought from ritual worship to philosophical and spiritual inquiry.

Step 2: Understand the subject-wise weightage in Prelims and allocate…»
The Upanishads had a significant influence on Buddhism, especially in shaping its philosophical background, even though Buddhism later developed its own distinct ideas.

Many concepts discussed in the Upanishads such as suffering, impermanence, karma, rebirth, and liberation also appear in Buddhism. The Upanishadic stress on renunciation, meditation, and inner discipline influenced the Buddha’s path of spiritual practice. Buddhism inherited the questioning spirit of the Upanishads, which encouraged inquiry rather than blind ritualism, and rejected excessive Vedic sacrifices.

However, Buddhism also departed from the Upanishads in important ways. While the Upanishads speak of an eternal Atman (soul) and Brahman, Buddhism rejected this idea and taught Anatta (no permanent self). Yet, even this rejection shows influence, as Buddhism evolved through dialogue with Upanishadic thought.

When I was 21, I appeared for my first CDS exam immediately after graduation. I cleared the written exam and attended the SSB, but I was screened out on the first day. I felt very bad. Still, somewhere inside, I always believed that something better was written for me.

I never appeared for the CDS exam again. Later, while working as a private school teacher I became very fond of CAPF (AC). I attempted it continuously cleared the written exam in my third attempt and attended the interview, but once again I couldn’t make it. In my last attempt, I failed in the written exam itself. Yet again, I felt that something better was written for me.

Then I started appearing for the Civil Services examination. I failed multiple times in prelims and mains, but finally secured a rank. Even then, fate had something else planned.
Every time something went wrong, I held on to one belief that something better is written for me. Even today, I feel the same, and that belief is what keeps me moving ahead.
Whatever happens, Happens for a reason.Have patience and keep working hard. Someday, you will find your rightful place.

India EU relations is one among them, which will have a long lasting influence that can create new opportunities for both the parties to move towards a multi-polar world.

Whenever I say analyse and read pyq themes it means reading all key words from the previous year questions
Once you have the concepts of the keywords asked in 6-7 years pyqs then high probability that similar topics will be coming next year.
