Telangana Group 1 issues.
Many students, both those who have cleared the mains and those who couldn’t, have been suffering because of the recent controversies over the mains evaluation.
Here I just want to say one thing.
UPSC a constitutional body, which has enough budget, Human Resources and experience in conducting exams takes 1:12 or 1:13 students that means it takes 12 students for each vacancy to sit for the Mains exam. So for 1000 vacancies almost 12000 to 13000 students appear for mains.
But TGPSC which is conducting the exam for the first time and also with the limited Human Resources and budget had taken students in the ratio of 1:50 for the mains i.e 50 students for each vacancy to sit for the mains exam. For 563 vacancies almost 31000students were admitted and 21000 students finally appeared.
At least from the next notification TGPSC follow UPSC standards keeping in mind their resources and manpower to provide justice to those who deserve to be Officers at the highest level.

My thoughts and experiences
Not all successful people are virtuous. Not all who speak sweet or kindly are good people. There are many successful people with bad intentions and fake characters. Even if they come from humble backgrounds they forget their roots and become very immoral.
Many people following them blindly and becoming die hard fans.
Lord Buddha once said Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.
So its better everyone should use their own logic and reasoning before coming to conclusions.

For the last one year I have been mentoring more than 150 students.Out of them around 30-40 are performing very well
Shall I tell the major reason for it?
It’s not their academic backgrounds, not family backgrounds, not extra resources, not extra hours of work, or other things.
The major reason is their ‘Consistency’
All those who are performing well are consistently reading right content and practising answer writing, and attending mentorship sessions without much failure.
Even if you study for few hours do that everyday and Do it in the right direction.

My thoughts and experiences
Even many UPSC aspirants practice regional and language discrimination. Many aspirants still see North Indian South Indian divide. It is good to love our own language and region but remember we are Indians first and Indians last. Everything else secondary.
If we stay together as one nation then no country can dare to challenge us.
