Some users have reported incomplete product deliveries across linked order IDs.
Most importantly, the client has flagged fraudulent cases where the same order ID is appearing under different publishers. This allows a single user to claim cashback multiple times, which creates a high risk of invalid payouts.
Given these challenges, any early release of cashback could result in significant losses.
👉 Our Decision:
For this merchant, cashback will only be released after final validation from the client. This is purely to safeguard genuine users and ensure no discrepancies.
⏳ Timeline:
The validation process may take 40–60 days, but since we’re actively following up with the client, we expect to clear payments well before that window.
Once validation is received, payments will be released immediately and in full.
