Today felt really warm and homey—It was just Liesbon’s Karina and Wendissle’s Karina spending the day together at Liesbon’s family house with a random little baking plan that started from pure boredom.

Before going home, we stopped by the grocery store first and somehow spent way too long in the fruit section because everything looked good. After that, we went back to the house, made smoothies, cut up fruits, and started baking muffins together while completely messing up the kitchen in the process–sometimes Liesbon’s Karina’s siblings come to see and shouted out to us, “Hati-hati ya Cece-cece masaknya, takut dapurnya kebakar," “Nanti sisain buat kita yaa”. Every few minutes we’d stop just to take pictures because everything looked too cute not to. There were a lot of random laughs, confused moments while mixing ingredients, and simple conversations, but somehow the muffins actually turned out really good in the end. 🧁
