Job Summary:
- Responsible for manage production staffs to ensure delivery
- Monitoring daily actual production
- Making a planning/production schedule, balancing estimated stock in production
- Capacity production and match lead a time with the requirement
- Control of man power include shift arrangement
- Responsible to achieve production capacity need based on purchase order
- Follow customer requirement based on Sales team needs

Requirements:
Age: 30 - 45
Gender:Male
Having Experience of Production more than SPV in manufacturing of Machinery or Automotive .
Having experience and skill of CNC Programming and Lathe Machine

• Diploma any diciplines (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Written and oral communication skill in English (minimum passive).
• Mature, hardworking, energic, proactive, and team working.
• Proficiency with Ms. Office and internet.
• Domicile area : Bekasi or Cikarang area (preferably)
