To mutuals from any group reporting that they are no longer part of @.family, we kindly request that you confirm the exact number of accounts involved, reflecting the actual actions taken. We will not accept reports listing accounts that belong to you, as we only process reports for accounts that have completely disengaged from our channel.

Important Note: If, for instance, only three of your accounts have left, please confirm those three accounts so we can provide appropriate follow-up. We also recommend that if your representative/SFS account has disengaged, you report directly using that account, too, not through a representative. Thank you for your attention.

This regulation is implemented to ensure mutual comfort and fairness for all parties involved.
