Peringatan kepada Customer yang Mengabaikan Privasi Talent dan Mengghosting Talent:

Kami ingin mengingatkan kepada seluruh customer bahwa komunikasi yang baik dan saling menghormati adalah prinsip utama dalam bertransaksi di Jujutsukairent. Kami sangat menghargai profesionalisme, baik dari pihak talent maupun customer.

Namun, kami telah menerima laporan terkait beberapa customer yang menghilang tanpa kabar setelah proses booking/saat masa rent berjalan, yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dan keresahan bagi talent kami. Kami ingin menegaskan bahwa tindakan seperti ini tidak hanya merugikan pihak talent, tetapi juga dapat mengganggu kelancaran layanan kami secara keseluruhan.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, kami akan mencantumkan nama-nama customer yang melanggar aturan ini di channel khusus blacklist (@BLKatsu) sebagai upaya untuk menjaga kualitas layanan dan kenyamanan bagi semua pihak.
