• He criticized the Fed’s handling of inflation over the last 5 years.
• The Fed will no longer provide clear forward guidance on rate decisions.
• All 19 FOMC members voted not to raise rates.
• The 2% inflation target remains unchanged.
• He avoided commenting on rising bond yields and any communication with Trump.
