India fail to take 4 wickets on final day as Sri Lanka save Colombo Test

The second Test between India and Sri Lanka in Colombo ended in a draw as India failed to take four wickets on Day 5. Sri Lanka, who started the final day at 229/6, ended the day at 429/9. With the draw, India clinched the two-match series 1-0. It is India's third consecutive win on Sri Lankan soil.

Gold prices see major dip in India

China pauses rescue work in Tibet

China paused rescue operations in Tibet after devastating flash floods wreaked havoc in China, Tibet and Nepal. China claimed that a barrier lake, created by a massive landslide and holding two million cubic metres of water, had already begun overflowing and could trigger more floods.
