US-based industrial equipment manufacturer Starr Manufacturing sued a woman named Julie Watson for ₹24 lakh over her one-star review on Google. She claimed Starr's work has faced "quality control issues", saying, "Would recommend doing business anywhere and with anyone else." Starr said Watson was never its customer and instead had a "personal vendetta" against an employee of the company.

Zelenskyy seeks Musk's approval to use Starlink-equipped drones against Russia

France to send interceptor missiles to Ukraine after Russia's 'double-tap' strike

France will deliver additional interceptor missiles to Ukraine, President Emmanuel Macron announced, expressing his "horror" at the latest Russian "double-tap" attack. FDA seizes dairy products, substandard milk worth ₹12.23 lakh in Navi Mumbai

Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seized suspected substandard milk and dairy products worth ₹12.23 lakh from three establishments in Navi Mumbai's Mahape on August 19. Officials inspected Bhaskar Dairy, PK Dairy and Vijay Dairy during a food safety drive. The officials seized 141 litres of milk worth around ₹1.10 lakh from Vijay Dairy, which they suspect is substandard.

New monkey species confirmed nearly 20 years after first sighting in Congo

Scientists have confirmed a new monkey species in Congo nearly two decades after it was first spotted. Called Colobus congoensis, or Likweli, the primate has spiky black fur and orange markings around its mouth. DNA tests suggest it diverged from its closest relative about five million years ago.
