Ex-bank manager steals β‚Ή81.80 lakh gold from NRI's locker in Mumbai, arrested

Mumbai's Kandivali Police arrested a 35-year-old former bank deputy manager for allegedly stealing 610 grams of gold jewellery worth β‚Ή81.80 lakh from an NRI senior citizen's locker. The theft was reported by 74-year-old retired Dubai resident Pradeep Motiram Bhatia on August 12. Police solved the case within four days and recovered the entire stolen gold, according to officials.
