Natarajan Chandrasekaran, who abruptly quit as Tata Sons Chairman, was born in 1963 in Tamil Nadu’s Mohanur. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences and a Master's in Computer Applications. Karnataka has banned the manufacture, storage, distribution, transportation and sale of gutkha and pan masala containing tobacco and/or nicotine across the state for one year, citing public health concerns. India rolls out 19 customised passenger coaches for Bangladesh Railways

The Rail Coach Factory in Punjab's Kapurthala has rolled out 19 LHB broad gauge passenger coaches for Bangladesh Railways, comprising three AC Sleeper Cars, three AC Chair Cars and 11 Non-AC Chair Cars. The coaches feature alarm system, baby-care facilities and prayer rooms. Earlier, in 2015-16, the factory had supplied 120 similar coaches to Bangladesh Railways.
