Apollo to takeover EasyJet for $7.7 bn after Castlelake withdraws
Apollo Global on Thursday agreed to takeover UK-based budget airline EasyJet in a £5.70 billion ($7.7 billion) deal after private equity firm Castlelake withdrew its offer.
