Footballer Owori, captain of one of Uganda's biggest clubs, beaten to death

Ugandan footballer David Owori, captain of one of the country's biggest clubs, SC Villa, has died after being assaulted in the capital, Kampala, police said. Which states/UTs issued the highest and lowest number of e-challans for traffic violations?

Between 2021 and 2026 (till July 30), Uttar Pradesh issued 7.8 crore e-challans, followed by Tamil Nadu (6.3 crore) and Delhi (4.7 crore). Kerala stands fourth on the list with 4.5 crore, while Gujarat, fifth, issued 1.9 crore e-challans. Ladakh issued only 598 challans since 2021. Nagaland (1,866), Arunachal Pradesh (2,120), Sikkim (5,533), and Mizoram (43,316) also recorded low numbers.
