When a fire broke out at Delhi's Flourish Stays B&B on Wednesday, guests at Flourish Inn, another property co-owned by Lovkesh Bajaj, were quietly evacuated. Both properties are about 200 metres away from each other, ThePrint reported. Those evacuated from Flourish Inn were accommodated in hotels nearby. Twenty-one people, including foreigners, were killed in the fire.
