Revised dates for CUET (UG) announced, NTA releases admit cards

National Testing Agency (NTA) announced that CUET (UG) examination will now be held on May 31, June 6 and June 7. This comes after the agency postponed the exam, scheduled for May 28, on account of Eid al-Adha (Bakrid). The admit cards for the exam scheduled on May 31 have been released, while the remaining ones will be released soon.

US sanctions Iran's authority overseeing Hormuz control

US has sanctioned Iran's Persian Gulf Strait ​Authority, the Treasury Department said. "Anyone cooperating with the so-called Strait Authority may be providing support to and receiving services from IRGC...may be exposed to sanctions risk," it added.
