Bengal govt removes Mamata Banerjee-designed football-themed sculpture from Salt Lake Stadium

The West Bengal government on Saturday removed the football-themed half-body sculpture installed outside Salt Lake Stadium, which had been designed by ex-CM Mamata Banerjee. The sculpture was installed in 2017 near VVIP gate of the stadium ahead of FIFA U-17 World Cup. 2 Thailand nationals caught with 48 kg ganja in one of biggest seizures at Delhi airport

Customs officials at Delhiโ€™s Indira Gandhi International Airport seized 47.8 kg of hydroponic weed (ganja) worth around โ‚น48 crore from two Thailand nationals arriving from Bangkok on Friday. Officers intercepted the passengers after they crossed the Green Channel and recovered six vacuum-sealed packets during baggage checks. This is one of the highest seizures in recent times at Delhi airport.

Early first sex may be linked to faster ageing: Study

A study by Shandong University researchers found earlier sexual initiation may be linked to faster ageing, poorer health, higher frailty and shorter lifespan.
