Indian-origin financier NP Narvekar, who grew Harvard's fund to $57 billion, to retire

NP Narvekar, the Indian-origin CEO of Harvard Management Co, has informed the university's board of his plans to retire by late 2027, Wall Street Journal reported. Joining in 2016, he inherited a $35.7 billion fund and grew it to $56.9 billion, the world's largest university endowment. He previously worked at Columbia University’s investment office.
