PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi, which is also his parliamentary constituency, and offered prayers at the temple. During his visit, PM Modi was presented with a trishul and a damru. At the temple entrance, 108 young priests (batuks) welcomed PM Modi with the ceremonial blowing of conches.

Fire breaks out at Ghaziabad housing society, residents evacuated

Bengal records 40% voter turnout till 11 am in phase 2 polling

West Bengal saw 39.97% voter turnout till 11 am on Wednesday in the second phase of voting. 14-year-old boy, cousin killed in Delhi hit-and-run mid-call with father after RCB-DC IPL match
