Rahul Meena, the man accused of raping and killing daughter of an IRS officer in Delhi on Wednesday, allegedly raped another woman in Rajasthan's Alwar nine hours earlier. Bengal records 41% voter turnout till 11 am, TN sees 37% voting

West Bengal recorded a voter turnout of 41.11% till 11 am on Thursday while Tamil Nadu saw 37.56% voting. Darjeeling and Jhargram in Bengal recorded 39.72% and 43.71% voter turnout respectively. Tamil Nadu is voting in a single phase for all 234 Assembly constituencies while voting is taking place on 152 seats in first phase of polls in West Bengal.
