As per the proposed amendments to the Women’s Reservation Act, the strength of the Lok Sabha is expected to increase from 543 to 816 seats, with around 33% reserved for women.

What are the 3 Bills being tabled in Parliament today?

The Centre has produced three Bills to be discussed in Parliament during a special session called from 16 to 18 April.
