India's retail inflation jumps to 3.4% in March, led by silver, gold & coconuts

India's retail inflation rose to 3.4% for March from 3.21% in February. As per the government's data, the silver jewellery had the highest inflation rate at 148.61%, followed by gold/diamond/platinum jewellery at 45.92% and coconut (copra) at 45.52%.
