Track 2 channels between India and Pakistan are active even though ties between both countries have deteriorated, Wion reported. The report claimed that the Indian and Pakistani teams met in Doha in February. The term Track 2 was coined by American diplomat Joseph Montville in 1981. The talks involve informal talks between non-officials and are aimed at "building trust".

Pak struggles with oil supply, hikes petrol & diesel prices by up to PKR 184.5/litre

Pakistan is continuing to struggle with crude oil supply despite its attempt to negotiate a truce in the Middle East war.
