2nd LPG tanker Nanda Devi arrives in India after crossing Strait of Hormuz

A day after LPG tanker Shivalik arrived in India, LPG tanker Nanda Devi arrived at Gujarat's Vadinar Port carrying nearly 47,000 metric tonnes of LPG. Both the tankers crossed the Strait of Hormuz amid a blockade due to the Middle East war. Earlier, EAM S Jaishankar hailed diplomacy and dialogue with Iran after the ships crossed the Strait of Hormuz.

Bank manager shot dead by security guard post dispute in Ghaziabad

A Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) manager was allegedly shot dead by security guard following verbal altercation in Ghaziabad. The incident took place at bank's Balram Nagar branch at Loni Border on Monday. Officials said the guard, an ex-serviceman, was miffed with manager over leave and salary issues. The deceased has been identified as 36-year-old Abhishek Kumar from Bihar's Patna.

BJP leader Rajkumar Chauhan shot dead while out on morning walk in Gorakhpur

Ex-councilor & BJP leader Rajkumar Chauhan was shot dead by four assailants while he was out on a morning walk in UP's Gorakhpur. The attackers first shot him in head before stabbing him multiple times. Despite being critically injured, Chauhan ran nearly 100 metres, but couldn't escape them. Gas agency hoards LPG cylinders in Delhi godown, 610 seized

Delhi Police busted an illegal LPG hoarding and black marketing operation in Delhi's Mundka and seized 610 cylinders from a godown linked to Guruji Indane Gas Service. "While the agency is an authorised distributor of Indane, it had stored cylinders of other companies in bulk," an officer said. Police recovered 423 Indane, 92 Bharat Gas, and 95 HP Gas cylinders.
