An Australian tech entrepreneur used AI tools such as ChatGPT and AlphaFold to develop a personalised mRNA cancer vaccine for his adopted dog after conventional treatments failed. Paul Conyngham used the tools to analyse the dog's DNA sequencing and identify tumour mutations to design the vaccine's blueprint. Experts later helped him create the vaccine, which significantly shrank the tumour.
