Two US Navy ships collide during refuelling operation, 2 injured

Two US Navy vessels, a warship and a supply ship, collided during a refuelling operation in waters near South America, leaving two personnel injured. US Southern Command said the injuries were minor and both sailors are in stable condition. Officials added that both ships remained operational and were able to sail safely after incident, which occurred during ship-to-ship refuelling manoeuvre.

New PMO building 'Seva Teerth' inaugurated by PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated Seva Teerth, the new building complex housing the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). PM Modi also inaugurated Kartavya Bhavan-1 and Kartavya Bhavan-2 buildings, which now accommodate several key ministries, including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Education. Loan recovery agents can't call borrowers after 7 pm, suggests RBI

The RBI has proposed stricter loan recovery norms to curb harassment by banks and recovery agents. According to the draft guidelines, an agent shall contact a borrower only between 8 am and 7 pm. Additionally, they can't abuse, harass, or threaten the borrower. The new rules aim to protect borrowers' rights and are expected to take effect from July 1.
