US' Pentagon is pushing AI companies including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google to make their AI tools available on classified networks without many of their standard restrictions, Reuters reported. Classified networks handle sensitive work that can include mission-planning or weapons targeting. At present, only Anthropic is available in classified settings through third parties but with restrictions.
