SC sends Sengar back to HC in Unnao rape survivor's father's death case

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to suspend Unnao rape convict Kuldeep Singh Sengar's sentence in the custodial death case of the rape survivor's father and asked him to approach the Delhi High Court. This comes after the Delhi High Court refused to suspend his sentence in the case on January 19. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
