Married person can't enter in live-in without getting divorce: HC

A married person cannot legally enter into a live-in relationship with a third person without first obtaining a divorce, the Allahabad High Court said. "Right to Personal Liberty is not absolute...freedom of one person extincts where the statutory right of another person starts," the court stated. It dismissed the petition of a live-in relationship couple seeking protection.

The mysterious interstellar object, 3I/ATLAS, made its closest approach to Earth on December 19, about 270 million kilometres away. It reached perihelion on October 30 inside Mars' orbit.
