No curbs on India to import animals after probe into Anant Ambani's Vantara

The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) decided not to put restrictions on India's import of endangered animals. CITES recommended India not to "issue any further import permits" after visiting Vanatra, run by Anant Ambani. Countries like US, Japan and Brazil said the recommendation was premature and there wasn't evidence of illegal imports.
