Delhi car bomber Dr Umar Nabi differed with al-Qaeda ideology of his co-accused Adeel Rather, Muzammil Ganai and cleric Irfan Wagay, reports said. Umar considered ISIS or Daesh his model, the Indian Express reported, citing investigators. Central Railway warned commuters after taking action against a woman making instant noodles in an electric kettle in a train. Railways said use of high-voltage appliances is strictly prohibited as it can trigger sparks, fire risks, or electrical tripping inside train coaches. It may also disrupt electric supply and cause AC and electronic ports to malfunction in trains, it added.
