Jaish-e-Mohammed forms women's unit; terrorist Masood Azhar's sister to lead it

Terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) has formed a women's unit called Jamaat-ul-Mominaat. Recruitment for the new unit has reportedly begun at a centre in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. The women's unit will be led by Sadiya Azhar, the sister of terrorist Masood Azhar. According to sources, JeM has so far recruited the wives of its commanders and women from economically weaker backgrounds.

Punjab police bust BKI terror module, recover IED meant for attack

Jalandhar counter-intelligence unit busted a Babbar Khalsa International terror module operated by UK-based handlers Nishan Jaurian and Adesh Jamarai on directions of mastermind Harwinder Singh Rinda. Two operatives, Gurjinder Singh and Diwan Singh, were apprehended from Punjab's Jalandhar, DGP Gaurav Yadav said. Preliminary investigation reveals the IED was intended for a targeted terror attack.

Doctors issue warning after woman following fruit-only diet dies from starvation

Gastroenterologist Dr Murugesh Manjunatha warned against a fruit-only or highly restrictive diets, saying they can "throw gastrointestinal functions off track and lead to severe nutritional deficiencies". NPCI, Razorpay, OpenAI partner for AI-driven payments on ChatGPT
