Tata Group may offer to buy 6% Tata Sons stake from SP Group amid standoff: Report

Tata Trusts and Tata Group are open to offering Shapoorji Pallonji Group the option to sell 4-6% of its Tata Sons stake amid an ongoing standoff between Tata Trusts' trustees over the conglomerate's control, Moneycontrol reported. The sale will provide liquidity to SP Group, which is facing a ₹30,000-crore debt burden. SP Group owns an 18.4% stake in Tata Sons.

The Supreme Court said on Tuesday that issuing directions to the Election Commission to conduct the nationwide Special Intensive Revision (SIR) would be an interference. The apex court stated that conducting the SIR in Bihar is the "prerogative and exclusive domain of the Election Commission". US biotech firm founder declared guilty of plotting rival's murder

Serhat Gumrukcu, the founder of Enochian Biosciences, has been convicted of orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot targeting Gregory Davis, his former business partner. Davis was abducted from his Vermont home in 2018 and later found shot at the base of a snowbank. The murder plot came after a failed oil deal, following which Davis threatened to sue Gumrukcu over collapsed transaction.

The 44-year-old trained under Garuda Aerospace, an organisation approved by India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) as a Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) in Chennai. Gold jumps to all-time high in Delhi, silver falls from peak

Gold prices jumped ₹700 to hit an all-time high of ₹1,24,000 per 10 grams in Delhi on Tuesday, according to the All India Sarafa Association. 10 killed after landslide hits private bus in Himachal's Bilaspur
