According to data sourced by India in Pixels, Bihar has the largest Gen Z population among Indian states and UTs. Bihar has 32.5% of its population belonging to Gen Z. It's followed by Jammu and Kashmir (30.8%), Jharkhand (30.7%), Uttar Pradesh (30%) and Rajasthan (29.2%). As per the data, the Northeastern states (except Assam) also have 29.2% Gen Z population.

Romania on alert after Russian drone breaches its airspace

Romania scrambled fighter jets on Saturday when a drone breached the country's airspace during a Russian attack on Ukrainian infrastructure near the border. Romania also alerted its citizens near Ukrainian border of danger from 'falling objects'. Teacher presses 7-yr-old's face with shoe, another beats him for taking leave in Uttarakhand

A 7-year-old boy was allegedly assaulted by two of his teachers at a school in Uttarakhand's Haridwar. According to his father, the teachers beat the child because he took two days' leave. LeT HQ in Pak's Muridke, damaged in Op Sindoor to be rebuilt

Terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba's (LeT) Markaz Taiba headquarters in Pakistan's Muridke, which was damaged during Operation Sindoor, will be rebuilt. The structure has been completely demolished and fundraising has been undertaken to build a new structure by February 5, 2026. 26 police officers injured as 1,00,000 people attend anti-immigration protest in London

Twenty-six police officers were injured, including four seriously, at an anti-immigration rally attended by over 1,00,000 people in London. Police said 25 were arrested and it was "just the start". The demonstrators were seen carrying the Union flag of Britain and some also wore "Make America Great Again" hats of US President Donald Trump. Some carried "send them home" placards.
