Gold jumps ₹5,080 per 10 grams to hit record high, silver also reaches all-time high

Gold prices skyrocketed by ₹5,080 to hit an all-time high of ₹1,12,750 per 10 grams in Delhi on Tuesday, according to the All India Sarafa Association. The gold of 99.9% purity had closed at ₹1,07,670 per 10 grams on Monday. Silver prices also surged by ₹2,800 to hit a record high of ₹1,28,800 per kilogram on Tuesday.

Nepal Army has issued a statement saying there are people misusing the current situation amid massive protests and harming private and public property. The Army will be monitoring situation from 10 pm tonight and if there's any wrongdoing, they'll take action, the statement said. "Thereafter, the security situation will be reassessed and further information will be issued," the Army stated.
