Man slits teen's throat in MP hospital, tries to kill himself; incident caught on video

A man killed a 19-year-old woman named Sandhya Chaudhary by slitting her throat at a district hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Narsinghpur, officials said. No fuel for over 15-yr-old petrol, 10-yr-old diesel vehicles in Delhi from today
