Probe launched as 5 die after falling off local train near Mumbai

The Indian Railways said that an investigation has been launched after at least five people died as over 10 people fell off a moving local train near Mumbai on Monday. The mishap, which occurred due to alleged overcrowding, happened between Diva and Kopar railway stations. The Railways informed that local services have also been affected by the incident, ANI reported.

IAS officer Dhiman Chakma was caught red-handed while he was accepting β‚Ή10 lakh in bribe from a businessman in Odisha's Kalahandi, the state Vigilance Directorate said.
