US President Donald Trump has said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is "a strong guy and he wants to stop the war", adding that he is not the easiest person to deal with. His comment came after calls with both Russia President Vladimir Putin and Zelenskyy. Trump said that Russia and Ukraine will immediately start negotiations toward a ceasefire.

Wife who is living in adultery can't claim maintenance from husband: HC

Chhattisgarh High Court has refused a woman's petition seeking more maintenance from her former husband and also quashed a lower court's order granting her β‚Ή4,000 as maintenance. The court observed that a wife "living in adultery" is not entitled to maintenance. The husband had alleged that his wife was having an affair with a relative while filing for divorce.

Elderly man, 12-year-old boy die of electrocution in B'luru rains

A 63-year-old man and a 12-year-old boy were electrocuted while trying to clear waterlogging caused by rains in their apartment complex in Bengaluru. They were pronounced dead on arrival when they were taken to a hospital. Earlier, a 35-year-old woman died after a wall collapsed on her amid rains. Several areas in Bengaluru witnessed waterlogging after rains.

China begins assembling its supercomputer in space

China has launched the first 12 satellites of a planned 2,800-strong orbital supercomputer satellite network, reports said. Each of the 12 satellites has an onboard eight-billion parameter AI model and is capable of 744 tera operations per second.
