Iran used ₹19-lakh drone to shoot down US' ₹382-crore Apache helicopter: Report

A US Army AH-64 Apache helicopter, usually worth $40 million (₹382 crore), was shot down by an Iranian Shahed drone, which costs about $20,000 (over ₹19 lakh), CNN reported. The kamikaze-type drone crashed into the helicopter, after which an uncrewed drone boat rescued the chopper's two crew members. US launched an attack on Iran following the helicopter's downing.

11 children killed in sleep in Pakistan's attack on Afghanistan
