42 families duped with fake mass wedding promise in Madhya Pradesh

A total of 42 families across Madhya Pradesh were allegedly cheated in the name of a mass wedding ceremony. The accused targeted families whose sons were struggling to find brides and collected β‚Ή12,000-β‚Ή25,000 from each family by promising marriages with girls from an orphanage in Indore. The accused allegedly showed photographs of girls taken from social media to the families.

Rescue team of Cable Car Project, assisted by local people, were first responders after over 300 tourists were stranded after cable car system suffered technical glitch in Gulmarg.
