Two Philadelphia police officers reported seeing an object about six feet in diameter descend into a field in September 1950, the declassified US UAP/UFO files revealed. The object, which emitted a purplish mist-like glow, broke when they attempted to pick it up, leaving a slight odourless residue. According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), India reported 5,737 dowry deaths in 2024. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number with 2,038 cases, followed by Bihar with 1,078 and Madhya Pradesh with 450.
