JPMorgan exec sexually assaults Asian colleague, scolds him for crying while she assaulted him

A JPMorgan Senior Vice President of Asian origin filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against his colleague, 37-year-old Lorna Hajdini. The complainant claimed Hajdini forced him into sexual activity, saying she "owned him" and threatening to "ruin" his career prospects. Mumbai cop dies after piling rig collapses at under-construction flyover

A Mumbai Police constable, Santosh Gopal Chavan, was killed after a piling rig machine collapsed at an under-construction flyover site in Mankhurd on Tuesday night. Chavan was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Preliminary findings suggest that the equipment may have been placed on unstable soil, leading to the collapse, a Times Now report said.

Norway topped World Press Freedom Index 2026, with a score of 92.72, followed by the Netherlands (88.92), Estonia (88.54), Denmark (88.47), Sweden (87.61) and Finland (86.22). Ireland (85.93) ranked seventh while Switzerland (84.83), Luxembourg (84.14) and Portugal (83.71) ranked eighth, ninth and tenth. Punjab Police recovers RDX, detonators while probing Patiala blast case

Punjab Police recovered a large cache of weapons while investigating the Patiala freight blast case. The police found rocket-propelled grenade, an improvised explosive device (IED) weighing 2.296 kg, detonators and around 1.456 kg of RDX in a village in Tarn Taran. State can't choose for citizens: SC on 15-yr-old's abortion case

Declining a plea filed by AIIMS against its earlier order permitting a 15-year-old, who had been raped, to terminate 31-week pregnancy, Supreme Court said state can't choose for the citizens. "Let us not choose for people who are capable of choosing," the top court stated. It added there shouldn't be any time limit in cases of pregnancy due to rape.
